Before any care is rendered, we sit down with you for a detailed consultation and come up with a plan that meets your subjective and objective goals. At ARC we believe the right provider is just as important as the right kind of care.
"To see is to know; To not see is to guess" and we do not guess when it comes to your health. Our state of the art digital xray system gives us a beautiful view of the structure of your spine. Structure dictates function, so any variations of normal are shown to lead to poor health outcomes. We use xray and a digital posture scan to create recommendations based on your individual spine.
No offense, but kids are our favorite! Whether your child(ren) are current patients or not, they are always welcome at ARC. We have a great kid's corner with plenty of toys and books to keep them entertained and having fun during visits. We encourage you to bring your kids to explore our healthy, happy office!

Dr. Rachel is so knowledgable regarding chiropractic care and the importance of choosing the right strategy for each patient. She is diligent and interested in understanding her patients' lives/routines so she can treat them accordingly. Not just my back, but my whole body, feels better since being under Dr. Rachel's care, which is priceless (especially being a mom of three and always on my feet). Dr. Rachel is very connected in her community and is a wonderful resource for other types of care--like physical therapy, personal trainers, etc. I am so glad I found Dr. Rachel!Friday 5th January 2024

She worked with me getting me in on short notice for an adjustment for my ears to help my ears drain after an acute ear infection. The office is such a lovely and inviting space! Tiffany Clay5 StarBest prenatal chiropractor. I’ve seen 2-3 before I found Dr. Rachel and her techniques helped me to function and feel better in my 3rd trimester. She works with those having c-section and vaginal births to make delivery easier. It is easy to get an appointment and she listens to my concerns. Now she takes care of me and my newborn. She helped him improve his latch while breastfeeding. Highly suggest this practice for the whole family.Monday 23rd October 2023

They do in house x-rays which is super convenient. The first visit, you sit and do an orientation & x-Rays's with your DR. They listen and make notes, then boom, they're ready to get to work and help make you feel at your best!
